摘 要:为研究综采工作面顶板来压规律,以冀中能源云驾岭矿20103综采工作面为工程背景,通过建立计算机数值模型,模拟该矿山工作面的回采过程,观测工作面推进至不同距离时,直接顶和老顶的移动变形及应力变化特征,研究工作面顶板运动及来压规律。研究表明:随着工作面的推移,直接顶随采随垮,老顶断裂由深至浅,周期性垮落。随着不断开采,可以发现直接顶的初次来压步距约为15 m,老顶的初次来压步距可达35 m,形成砌体梁结构后的老顶周期来压步距约为20 m。在开采过程中,应力集中沿工作面的推进方向,逐渐向煤壁转移。In order to study the roof pressure law of fully mechanized mining face,No.20103 Face of Jizhong Energy was taken as the engineering background.The computer numerical simulation software was used to establish the model to simulate the mining process of the mine working face.When the working face was advanced to different distances,the moving deformation and stress change characteristics of the direct roof and the basic roof were observed,and the movement and pressure law of the working face roof were studied.The results showed that the direct roof was fell as mining,and the fracture of the basic roof changed from deep to shallow and collapses periodically as the working face went on.With the continuous mining,it was found that the first pressure step of the direct roof was about 15m,while the first pressure step of the basic roof could reach about 35 m,and the periodic pressure step of the basic roof was about 20 m after forming the masonry beam structure.In the process of mining,the stress concentration was gradually transferred to the coal wall along the advancing direction of the working face.
