摘  要:针对贵州土城矿突出煤层开采时工作面回风流中粉尘浓度较高的问题,利用13163工作面前方超前支撑压力产生的塑性区内部瓦斯抽采钻孔进行注水工艺,分别试验了不同注水压力下测点处的粉尘浓度。结果表明,同一种注水压力条件下,测点处的粉尘浓度随着远离采煤机而降低,在注水压力为6 MPa时,13163工作面开采条件下降尘效果与经济成本最优,测点处风流中的平均全尘浓度与呼吸性粉尘浓度分别下降56.1%和53.1%。Aiming at the problem of high dust concentration in the return airflow of working face during the mining of outburst coal seam in a mine in guizhou,the gas drainage boreholes in the plastic zone generated by the advance support pressure in front of the working face were used for water injection process,and the dust concentration at the measuring points under different water injection pressures was tested respectively.The results show that under the same water injection pressure,the dust concentration at the measuring point decreases with the distance from the shearer.When the water injection pressure is 6 MPa,the dust reduction effect and economic cost are the best under the mining conditions of 13163 working face.The average total dust concentration and respirable dust concentration in the airflow at the measuring point decreased by 56.1%and 53.1%respectively.
