摘  要:在传统聚硫橡胶研制的基础上,根据新型飞机整体油箱对减重的要求,开发了一种低密度聚硫橡胶聚合物JLY-D155,其密度由传统聚硫橡胶聚合物JLY-155B的1.29 g/cm^(3)降为1.13~1.15 g/cm^(3),制成的密封材料保留了传统聚硫橡胶密封材料优异的耐燃油、耐老化等特性。主要研制方法是通过对聚合所使用的单体进行改性,研制出一种低密度单体——氯丁醇缩甲醛,并对新单体的合成和聚合、水洗、裂解、凝聚等工艺进行改进,进而使制得的液体聚硫橡胶聚合物在其他性能不变的前提下,降低自身的密度,从而达到整体减重的目的。Based on the development of traditional polysulfur rubber,according to the requirements of weight reduction of the overall fuel tank of new aircraft,a low density polysulfur rubber polymer JLY-D155 was developed.whose density was reduced from 1.29 g/cm^(3) of JLY-155B to 1.13~1.15 g/cm^(3),and the traditional polysulfur rubber sealing material retains excellent fuel resistance and aging resistance.The main development method is through the polymerization used monomer modification,developed a low density monomer——chlorambucil formaldehyde,and the new monomer synthesis and polymerization,washing,cracking,condensation process improvement,and make the liquid polysulfur rubber polymers under the premise of other performance unchanged,reduce their own density,so as to achieve the purpose of overall weight loss.
