摘  要:为进一步减少焦化废水对环境水体的污染,降低企业环保排污税的上缴费用,结合企业实际深化焦化废水零外排技术的开发和应用,同时实现回收利用大部分的产水作为工业生产水的补充,降低企业新水消耗成本,北营公司炼铁总厂采用预处理结合原生化系统以及臭氧超滤反渗透工艺,研发并实施焦化废水“零外排”技术的成功应用,结果表明该技术在实践应用中确实可以实现零稀释、零外排的目标,为焦化行业废水综合治理提供了重要的参考价值。In order to further reduce the pollution of coking wastewater to the environmental water body,to reduce the environmental pollution tax of enterprises to pay fees,in combination with the actual deepening of the development and application of zero-out-discharge technology of coking wastewater,at the same time,most of the produced water could be recycled and used as the supplement of industrial production water,and the cost of new water consumption could be reduced.The successful application of zero-efflux technology for coking wastewater was developed and implemented in the iron-making plant of Beiying Company by using the pretreatment combined with the primary biochemical system and the ozone ultrafiltration reverse osmosis process.The results showed that the technology can achieve zero dilution and zero discharge in practice,which provides important reference value for comprehensive treatment of coking industry wastewater.
