摘 要:以显德汪矿工业广场污水处理厂为例,在日常运行中,经常会出现进水氨氮负荷突变的情况,如显德汪矿工业广场污水厂进水氨氮变化幅度可达35 mg/L左右,采用传统的运行方式会出现氨氮去除率偏低,出水水质有超标的风险。依据生物法去除氨氮的原理,可充分利用CASS工艺灵活可变的运行方式,强化硝化-反硝化的作用,提高氨氮的去除率,既可以保证出水水质达标,又可以减少资金投入。经过试验得出新的运行方式能大幅提高氨氮去除率,可在类似工艺中进行推广应用。In daily operation,taking Xiandawang Mine Industrial Plaza sewage Treatment Plant as an example,the sudden change of influent ammonia nitrogen load often occurs,for example,the variation range of influent ammonia nitrogen in Xiandawang Mine Industrial Plaza sewage Treatment Plant could reach about 35 mg/L,and the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen will be low if the traditional operation mode is adopted,and the effluent water quality may exceed the standard.According to the principle of biological removal of ammonia nitrogen,the flexible operation mode of CASS process can be fully utilized to strengthen the role of nitrification and denitrification and improve the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen,which can not only ensure the quality of effluent water,but also reduce capital investment.The experiment showed that the new operation mode can greatly improve the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen,which could be popularized and applied in similar processes.
