摘 要:采用球磨法制备NdFeB粉体,经过不同球磨时间,在垂直压制,水平磁场取向,再经等静压压制,真空烧结,1080℃保温1 h水淬,600℃回火保温1 h,空冷,得到NdFeB烧结永磁体。随后,充磁,测量磁性能。实验结果表明,在球磨35 min时,经过等静压压制,可获得最大磁能积(BH)max=189.4 kJ·m-3,比较普通压制,不同球磨时间获得的永磁体最大磁能积显著提高约16 kJ·m-3,发现等静压是提高稀土永磁材料性能的有效手段。通过X-射线衍射(XRD)相分析和扫描电镜(SEM)观察,电子探针(EPMA)分析发现磁能积不高的原因在于生成新的氧化物相及制备过程中粉末的氧化。The NdFeB powder was manufactured by ball milling method.NdFeB rare earth permanent magnetic material was obtained after different milling time under vertical pressing in horizontal magnetic field,isostatic pressing and sintering.It was the heat treatment that specimens were quenched after 1 hour at 1080℃and air cooled after 1 hour at 600℃.The experiment results expressed that the(BH)max was 189.4 kJ·m-3 after 35 min milling under isostatic pressing,which was higher than the(BH)max under simple press,about 16 kJ·m-3.It was discovered that cold isostatic pressing method was the effective strategy to improve the magnetic property.The formation of the new oxide phase and the powder oxidation during the manufacture were the reasons of the low magnetic property by X-ray diffraction and scanning electronic microscope analysis.
