不易破碎的铝锰铁样品制备方法探讨

摘　　要：当样品成分固定的情况下,只有通过改变样品结构来改变其性能。通过在马弗炉中,将不易破碎的铝锰铁样品在不同温度下保温试验后快速流水冷却,以达到降低其韧性的目的;同时选用高强度破碎机分次破碎到标准规定的粒度,再选用合金料钵进行不同研磨方法试验,测定其制样精确度、分析精确度可满足生产要求,从而实现不易破碎铝锰铁样品的制备。When the sample composition is fixed,its performance can only be changed by changing the sample structure.In the muffle furnace,the aluminum manganese iron sample which is not easy to be broken is cooled by flowing water quickly after heat preservation test at different temperatures to reduce its toughness.At the same time,high-strength crushers are selected to crush to the grain size specified in the standard in batches,and then alloy material bowls are selected for different grinding methods.By measuring the sample preparation accuracy and analysis accuracy,the production requirements can be met,so as to achieve the preparation of aluminum manganese iron samples that are not easy to crush.
