连铸结晶器对包晶钢铸坯边裂的影响分析

摘　　要：针对邯钢邯宝炼钢厂2号连铸机生产的Q245R、HZ380Cl和HZ400Cl等包晶钢板坯内弧角部持续出现大量纵向裂纹的情况,通过分析板坯边裂缺陷,找出结晶器造成板坯边裂缺陷的主要原因,通过工艺优化和设备状态在线使用监测,使缺陷得到有效控制。As to the fact that a large number of longitudinal cracks continue to appear at the inner arc corners in Q245R,HZ380C1,HZ400C1 and other peritectic steel slabs produced by No.2 continuous caster in Hanbao Steelmaking Plant of HBIS Group Hansteel Company,through the analysis of slab edge crack defects in Hansteel,the main causes of slab edge crack defects in mold making were found out.Through process optimization and on-line monitoring of equipment status,the defects were effectively controlled.
