碳及碳化钨含量对掘进机刀具耐磨层性能的影响

摘  要:以Fe基粉为主体成分,通过增加Fe基粉中碳含量以及向Fe基粉中添加颗粒状碳化钨,研究不同的碳含量和增加WC颗粒对掘进机滚刀耐磨层性能的影响。研究结果表明:在Fe基粉中加入30%的WC颗粒使得耐磨层抗磨粒磨损性能较纯Fe基粉提高3倍;当将Fe基粉中w(C)由0.15%提高到0.45%时,耐磨层耐磨性能提高约2倍;在w(C)为0.45%的Fe基粉中添加WC,其耐磨性能变化较小,且其剪切强度下降30%。Taking Fe based powder as the main component,by increasing the carbon content of Fe based powder and adding granular tungsten carbide to Fe based powder,the influence of different carbon content and increasing WC particles on the wear resistance of the hob of roadheader was studied.The research results showed that adding 30%WC particles to Fe based powder could improve the wear resistance of the wear resistance layer by 3 times compared with that of pure Fe based powder.When w(C)of Fe based powder is increased from 0.15%to 0.45%,the wear resistance of the wear-resistant layer is increased by about 2 times.When WC is added to Fe based powder with 0.45%w(C),the wear resistance changes little and the shear strength decreases by 30%.
