摘  要:Φ600 mm连铸圆坯经轧机轧制为240 mm2方坯,快锻机将240 mm2轧坯锻造为Φ150 mm轴类锻件,部分锻件端部出现开裂现象。为此采用模拟锻造、超声波探伤、材料纵剖等手段,寻找产生开裂的原因,最终定性为轧坯内部的[H]原子超过一定的量后,在放置过程中结合为[H]分子,体积急剧膨胀,造成原材料内部晶间开裂缺陷,经锻造后出现开裂现象。为了减少H对轴坯内部质量的影响,在轧后红钢状态下选择合理的缓冷工艺,改善轧坯内部质量,杜绝在用户现场出现端部开裂问题。Φ600 mm continuous casting round billet is rolled to 240 mm2 square billet by rolling mill,and 240 mm2 rolling billet is forged toΦ150 mm shaft forgings by fast forging machine,some of which have cracks at the ends.For this reason,simulation forging,ultrasonic flaw detection,material longitudinal section and other means are used to find the cause of cracking.The final qualitative analysis is that[H]atoms in the rolling blank exceed a certain amount,combine into[H]molecules during placement,and the volume expands rapidly,resulting in intergranular cracking defects in the raw material.Cracking occurs after forging.In order to reduce the influence of H on the internal quality of the axle billet,a reasonable slow cooling process is selected under the condition of rolled red steel to improve the internal quality of the rolled billet and eliminate the end cracking problem at the user's site.
