摘  要:退火酸洗后的不锈钢热轧钢带在开平切片包装后运输至下游客户,客户在打开包装后发现钢板表面出现黑斑缺陷。因此,对缺陷形态以及缺陷部位的微观成分进行了分析。根据分析结果,确定了带钢表面黑斑缺陷产生的原因,并对黑斑缺陷提出相关改进和预防措施,避免缺陷在生产运输过程中出现黑斑缺陷。Black spot defects were found on the surface of the hot-rolled stainless steel strip after annealing and pickling during the transportation process after the package of flattened slices.This paper analyzes the defect shape and the micro composition of the defect part.According to the analysis results,the causes of black spot defects on the surface of strip steel are determined,and relevant improvement and preventive measures are put forward to avoid black spot defects in the process of production and transportation.
