摘  要:某钢铁公司共有三座冷轧车间,生产过程中产生大量含酸废水,现有冷轧含酸废水处理系统存在的问题为:出水电导率高,处理后的水无法回收利用。为实现冷轧含酸废水的回收利用,开展现场中试试验,摸清含酸废水水质随生产的变化,验证膜法回用工艺的技术可行性。通过试验可发现,回收率控制在60%~65%时,产水水质可满足该钢铁公司再生水水质标准,可作为循环水系统补水,减少新水消耗量,达到节水减排的目的。There are three cold rolling workshops in an iron and steel company,and a large amount of acid containing wastewater is produced in the production process.The existing problems of the cold rolling acid containing wastewater treatment system are that the conductivity of the effluent is high,and the treated water cannot be recycled.In order to realize the recycling and utilization of cold-rolled acidic wastewater,a field pilot test was carried out to find out the changes in the quality of acidic wastewater with production,and to verify the technical feasibility of the membrane process reuse process.It can be found through experiments that when the recovery rate is controlled at 60%~65%,the produced water quality can meet the steel company's reclaimed water quality standards,and it can be used as replenishing water in the circulating water system to reduce the consumption of new water and achieve the purpose of saving water and reducing emissions.
