摘  要:新一代热机轧制技术在轧线高速区施加多级控轧控冷工艺,通过重载型模块轧机,在精轧道次施加足够的总变形量,轧件在未再结晶区反复变形,配合冷却速率控制,钢材晶粒细小均匀,强度高、性能优。山西通才工贸有限公司高速棒材轧钢生产线,首次应用新一代热机轧制工艺技术,高速区采用超重型RVM330系列模块轧机。生产Φ25 mm的HRB400E螺纹钢w(Mn)低至1.1%~1.2%、Φ12 mm螺纹钢w(Mn)低至0.7%~0.8%,屈服强度≥420 MPa,实现了低合金成分生产,生产成本大幅降低。The new generation hot rolling technology applies multi-stage controlled rolling and controlled cooling technology in the high-speed area of the rolling line.Through the heavy-duty modular rolling mill,sufficient total deformation is applied in the finishing rolling pass.The rolled piece is repeatedly deformed in the non recrystallized area.With the control of cooling rate,the steel grain is fine and uniform,with high strength and excellent performance.The high-speed bar rolling production line of Shanxi Tongcai Industry and Trade Co.,Ltd.applies the new generation of hot rolling technology for the first time.The super heavy RVM330 series modular rolling mill is adopted in the high-speed area.The w(Mn)Φ25 mm HRB400E thread steel is as low as 1.1%~1.2%.The w(Mn)Φ12 mm rebar is as low as 0.7%~0.8%,and the yield strength is≥420 MPa.The production of low alloy components is realized,and the production cost is greatly reduced.
