热轧不锈钢晶间腐蚀试样以洗代磨工艺在实践中的应用

摘　　要：通过探索热轧不锈钢晶间腐蚀试样以酸洗代替磨削的工艺,总结出一套行之有效的酸洗配方和操作方法。经过对酸洗过程的不间断跟踪测试和工艺完善,热轧不锈钢晶间腐蚀试样酸洗表面质量完全符合腐蚀试验要求,“以洗代磨”工艺在实际操作中得到有效实施,消除了加工中的安全隐患,大幅度缩短了操作时间,加工成本显著降低。A set of effective pickling formulas and operation methods were summarized by exploring the process of replacing grinding with pickling for hot-rolled stainless steel intergranular corrosion samples.Through the continuous tracking test and process improvement of the pickling process,the pickling surface quality of hot-rolled stainless steel intergranular corrosion samples fully meets the requirements of corrosion test.The"washing instead of grinding"process has been effectively implemented in practical operation,eliminating the potential safety hazards in processing,greatly shortening the operation time,and significantly reducing the processing cost.
