摘　　要：针对宣钢3号高炉新建热风炉的应用实践,对比分析新下高炉热风炉的特征,详细介绍顶燃式热风炉的主要设计参数、燃烧装置、炉体结构、主要耐火材料、热风阀的水冷系统,分析顶燃式热风炉在生产中出现的问题。In view of the application practice of the new hot blast stove of No.3 blast furnace in Xuanhua Steel,the characteristics of the hot blast stove of the new lower blast furnace are compared and analyzed.The main design parameters,combustion device,furnace body structure,main refractory materials,and the water cooling system of the hot blast valve of the top burning hot blast stove are introduced in detail,and the problems in the production of the top burning hot blast stove are analyzed.
