摘  要:中间包水口絮流是生产铝镇静钢面临的主要问题,针对在生产铝镇静钢过程发生的絮流停机事故,对生产过程中的参数进行了对比、分析,发现造成絮流停机事故的因素主要有转炉终点氧含量、出钢过程中脱氧剂的选型及加入时机、精炼进站铝含量控制、精炼脱氧剂的选型及造渣操作、连铸保护浇注等。针对以上因素进行研究和生产实践,并提出相应改进措施,基本杜绝了在品种钢生产过程中发生包浇注过程絮流停机事故。The floc flow at the tundish nozzle is the main problem in the production of aluminum killed steel.In view of the floc flow shutdown accident in the production of aluminum killed steel,the parameters in the production process are compared and analyzed.It is found that the factors causing the floc flow shutdown accident mainly include:the end-point oxygen content of the converter,the selection and addition timing of deoxidizer in the tapping process,the control of aluminum content in the refining inlet,the selection and slagging operation of refining deoxidizer Continuous casting protection pouring,etc.In view of the above factors,the research and production practice were conducted,and the corresponding improvement measures were put forward,which basically eliminated the floc flow shutdown accident during ladle pouring in the production process of variety steel.
