摘　　要：对首钢京唐2号高炉空料线停炉的经验进行了总结。停炉前,利用小修对损坏的冷却壁水管进行预处理,更换了损坏的风口,修复了炉顶雾化打水设备。休风前,对炉况进行调整,提高炉缸热度和活跃性,改善中心焦堆的透液性。在降料面过程中,通过匹配合理的风量、风温、顶压等操作参数,对炉顶煤气温度进行合理控制,根据煤气中H2含量停止煤气回收,在空料线停炉过程中未发生爆震现象,实现了安全、快速、环保停炉。The experience of shutdown of Shougang Jingtang No.2 BF empty line is summarized.Before shutdown,the damaged cooling stave water pipe was pretreated by minor repair,the damaged tuyere was replaced,and the atomization water pumping equipment on the furnace top was repaired.Before the shutdown,furnace condition is adjusted,the hearth heat and activity,and the liquid permeability of the central coke stack are improved.In the process of lowering the material level,the gas temperature at the top of the furnace is reasonably controlled by matching the reasonable air volume,air temperature,top pressure and other operating parameters.The gas recovery is stopped according to the H2 content in the gas.No knock occurs during the shutdown of the empty material line,and the safe,rapid and environmental shutdown is realized.
