摘  要:在泉州闽光1号高炉扒炉料至铁口区、保留死铁层残铁的检修开炉的生产实践中,通过制定新型氧枪开炉方案,复风前充分准备各项工作、复风过程中精细化操作,确保了高炉开炉安全、有序、科学、高效,复风26 h后实现全开风口作业。In production practice of raked the charging material to the taphole area,retained the maintenance and startup of the dead iron layer and the residual iron of Quanzhou Minguang No.1 blast furnace,by formulating the new oxygen lance startup scheme,fully preparing all work before the re blowing and fine operation during the re-blowing process,the safe,orderly,scientific and efficient startup of the blast furnace was ensured,and the full tuyere operation was realized after 26 hours of re-blowing.
