烧结脱硫脱硝废水再利用的研究

摘　　要：用脱硫脱硝废水代替以前一混加清水的生产实践,研究废水对烧结生产过程的影响。经研究发现,脱硫脱硝废水对烧结生产质量影响不明显。通过这种废水循环利用的方法,大大节约了水资源,同时有效地解决了废水排放的问题,为企业节约成本和对生态环境保护起到了很好的作用,值得在其他钢铁企业推广。The production practice of using desulfurization and denitration wastewater to replace the previous mixing of clean water was carried out to study the impact of wastewater on sintering production process.It is found that the desulfurization and denitration wastewater has no obvious effect on the sintering production quality.This method of waste water recycling has greatly saved water resources,effectively solved the problem of waste water discharge,and played a good role in saving costs and protecting the ecological environment for enterprises.It is worth promoting in other steel enterprises.
