摘  要:针对冷轧精整第一道工序,存在换辊时间长特别是随着冷轧市场的不断拓展,小批量、多品种的市场需求,又大大增加了换辊频次,影响平整产量提高和操作安全的问题,提出一种提高换辊效率和安全、稳定的方法。该方法通过对推辊液压动力回路的设计,在常规基本回路基础上,采用大行程液压缸、抗衡阀、逻辑阀等元件的特殊组合方案,实现了在平整机工作辊重量大、换辊移动行程远的条件下,换辊高效、平稳,具有一定的实用价值。Aiming at the problem that the first process of cold rolling finishing has a long roll change time,especially with the continuous expansion of the cold rolling market,the market demand for small batches and multiple varieties has greatly increased the roll change frequency,which affects the improvement of leveling output and operation safety,a method to improve the roll change efficiency,safety and stability is proposed.Through the design of the hydraulic power circuit of the push roll,on the basis of the conventional basic circuit,the method adopts a special combination scheme of large stroke hydraulic cylinder,counterbalance valve,logic valve and other components,which realizes the roll change with high efficiency and stability under the condition of large work roll weight and long roll change travel of the temper mill,and has certain practical value.
