摘　　要：由于铝的应用范围广、型材断面迥异,配合连接方式多样。从图形设计优化、生产全流程控制、生产质量管理、“试配生产”的原则和全产业链沟通协作等方面,解决具有配合关系型材的生产中存在的无法配合、配合不牢、脱卸困难等疑难问题。Due to the wide application range of aluminum,the profile sections are very different,and the matching and connection methods are diverse.From the aspects of graphic design optimization,production process control,production quality management,the principle of"trial production"and the communication and cooperation of the whole industry chain,it solves the difficult problems such as incompatibility,weak coordination,and difficulty in unloading in the production of profiles with matching relationship.
