摘  要:随着国家“双碳”战略的提出,涂装工艺环保化已成为必然趋势,低涂油冷轧板应用的市场动力显现,有效控制低涂油表面冷轧产品储运过程锈蚀风险尤为关键。从冷轧板锈蚀机理出发,立足腐蚀环境控制、腐蚀介质来源、基体耐蚀性能三大要素,对制造过程影响表面耐蚀性能的关键工艺环节和优化方向进行了梳理;系统讨论了轧制工序表面清洁度控制、退火工序表面氧化层结构控制、包装工序防护控制以及冷轧板表面处理工艺对超低涂油冷轧板储运过程耐蚀性能影响和优化方向。旨在促进低涂油冷轧板产品耐蚀控制技术进步,支撑绿色高清洁度表面冷轧产品市场生态构建。With the national“double carbon”strategy put forward,the environmental protection of coating process has become an inevitable trend.The market power of the application of low oil coated cold rolled sheet appears.It is particularly important to effectively control the corrosion risk of cold rolled products with low oil coating surface during storage and transportation.Based on the corrosion mechanism of cold rolled sheet,the key processes and optimization directions affecting the surface corrosion resistance of cold rolled sheet are combed.Then,the influence and optimization direction of surface cleanliness control in rolling process,surface oxide layer structure control in annealing process,protection control in packaging process and surface treatment process of cold rolled sheet on the corrosion resistance of ultra-low oiled cold rolled sheet during storage and transportation are systematically analyzed and discussed.It aims to promote the progress of corrosion control technology of low oil coated cold rolled sheet products in iron and steel manufacturing industry.Boost the application of users’environmental protection coating process and build a market ecology of green high-definition surface cold-rolled products.
