摘  要:通过对电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)及激光剥蚀(LA)的主要工作参数进行优化获得最佳工作参数组合,建立低合金钢表面微区元素含量的定量分析方法(LA-ICP-MS)。运用该法对盘条钢拉拔脆断点附近100μm左右异常组织进行微区精准定位成分分析,并与正常组织进行比较,发现Al、Mo、Mn、Cr四元素组分存在较大差异,与电子探针分析结果一致。该方法具有激发斑点适中、微损及检出下限低的优势,可用于钢铁表面微区缺陷异常元素的甄别,为改进工艺生产提供依据,可作为传统钢铁材料表面微区缺陷定量分析的一种有效手段。By optimizing the working parameters of inductively coupled plasma magnetic mass spectrometry and laser ablation,the surface micro distribution analysis method for elements in steel by LA-ICP-MS was established.The proposed method was applied to the study on abnormal fracture of 100μm in steel rod.Compared with normal constructure,results show that the contents of Al、Mo、Mn、Cr have obvious differences.This results were consistent with that of EPMA.The method was featured with moderage excitation spot,microscopic damage analysis and low detection limit.It can be used to discriminate the abnormal elements of defects in steel,providing new reference for improving production process.LA-ICP-MS was considered as an effective method for micro distribution defect of steel.
