高校大学生创新创业能力培养的路径研究

摘　　要：新时代高校培养大学生创新创业能力,能够满足大学生自身素质的培养需求,有效缓解社会较为严峻的就业压力,同时满足构建创新型国家的内在要求。本文首先介绍了新时代高校培养大学生创新创业能力的重要意义,结合当前大学生创新创业能力培养过程中存在的问题,从构建高水平的创新创业教育师资团队、构建系统完善的创新创业课程体系、搭建功能完备的创新创业实践平台三方面,探讨了提升大学生创新创业能力培养的策略。Cultivating the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college students in the new era can meet the cultivation needs of college students’ own quality, effectively alleviate the severe employment pressure in society, and meet the inherent requirements of building an innovative country. This paper firstly studies the significance of cultivating the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college students in the new era. Then, combined with the problems existing in the process of cultivating college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship ability, it discusses the strategies to improve the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college students from three aspects: constructing a high-level innovation and entrepreneurship education teacher team, forming a systematic innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum system, and building a functional innovation and entrepreneurship practice platform.
