摘　　要：目的:探讨SLE护理中引入护患共同参与康复护理计划对患者生活质量及预后的影响。方法:选取2019-05~2021-05就诊本院的系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者共计82例,依照护理方式分为对照组(n=41例,常规康复护理干预)和研究组(n=41例,护患共同参与护理干预),比较两组健康调查(SF-36)量表评分、SLE疾病活动指数(2000 SLEDAI-2K)量表评分及再入院率。结果:研究组干预后SF-36量表评分显著高于对照组同期及本组干预前(P<0.05);研究组SLEDAI-2K评分显著低于对照组同期及本组干预前(P<0.05);研究组出院1个月、2个月、3个月后再入院率显著低于对照组同期(P<0.05)。结论:针对SLE患者,引入护患共同参与康复护理计划,可提升患者生活质量,改善预后结局,降低再入院率。Objective:To explore the impact of the introduction of nurses and patients to participate in rehabilitation nursing plan on the quality of life and prognosis of PATIENTS with SLE.Methods:A total of 82 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)who were admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected.They were divided into groups according to different nursing methods and control group(n=41 cases,routine rehabilitation nursing intervention).Study group(n=41 cases,nurses and patients participated in nursing intervention together),compared the two groups of health survey(SF-36)scale score,SLE disease activity index(sleDAI-2K 2000)scale score and readmission rate.Results:The score of SF-36 scale in study group after intervention was significantly higher than that in control group at the same period and before intervention(P<0.05);The SF-36 score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group at the same period and before intervention(P<0.05);The readmission rate of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group at 1,2 and 3 months after discharge(P<0.05).Conclusion:For SLE patients,the introduction of nurses and patients to participate in rehabilitation nursing plan can improve the quality of life of patients,improve the outcome of prognosis,reduce the rate of readmission,and can be promoted.
