摘　　要：目的 制备以茶多酚为主药的复方茶多酚口腔溃疡喷膜剂,通过高效液相色谱法测定主药茶多酚的含量,并对所制得的喷膜剂进行质量控制。方法 对茶多酚、芦荟提取物、天冬提取物、金银花提取物为主药制备复方茶多酚口腔溃疡喷膜剂,采用高效液相色谱法测定其茶多酚的含量,选用流动相为乙腈-水-磷酸(80∶20∶3)、流速控制为1.0 m L·min^(-1)、色谱柱温30℃、检测波长为220 nm、进样量20μL的色谱条件下对复方茶多酚口腔溃疡喷膜剂进行测定。进行线性关系考察、精密度试验、重复性试验、稳定性试验、加样回收试验、样品含量检测。结果 用HPLC法测定含量,茶多酚0.024~0.144 mg·m L^(-1)范围内线性关系较好。结论 该复方茶多酚口腔溃疡喷膜剂制备工艺流程较简单和准确,可供临床使用。OBJECTIVE To prepare a compound tea polyphenol oral ulcer spray film with tea polyphenol as the main drug,determine the content of the main drug tea polyphenol by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),and control the quality of the prepared film spray.METHODS The tea polyphenols,aloe vera extract,asparagus extract and honeysuckle extract as the main drugs were used to prepare compound tea polyphenol oral ulcer spray film,and the content of tea polyphenols was determined by HPLC.The mobile phase was selected as acetonitrile-water-phosphoric acid (80∶20∶3),the flow rate was controled at 10 m L·min^(-1),the column temperature was 30℃,the detection wavelength was 220 nm,and the injection volume was 20μL.The linear relationship investigation,precision test,repeatability test,stability test,sample recovery test,and sample content detection were carried out.RESULTS The content of tea polyphenols was determined by HPLC,and the linear relationship was good in the range of 0.024-0.144 mg·m L^(-1).CONCLUSION The preparation process of the compound tea polyphenols oral ulcer spray film was simple and accurate,and the quality was safe,which can be used clinically.
