摘　　要：目的目前,药理学实验课程设计上仍存在许多不足。对课程进行改革,有利于丰富课程内容,培养学生发现、分析和解决实际问题的能力,锻炼学生的创新思维和科研素养。方法开设药理创新实验,以测定盐酸普鲁卡因LD50值的实验为例,增加动物伦理学、体内外实验研究技能以及虚拟仿真实验的学习内容,对药理学实验进行改革和创新;并采用问卷调查和课程考核方法对课程质量进行评价。结果问卷调查和课程考核结果表明,大多数学生对改革后的药理学实验课程质量评价良好,实验理论和操作教学质量显著提高。结论药理实验改革充分调动了学生的主观能动性,启发了学生的科研思维能力和创新能力,为培养符合新时代医药发展的创新型人才提供经验。OBJECTIVE Currently,there are still some deficiencies in the curriculum design of pharmacology experimental courses.The reform of the curriculum is beneficial to enrich the content of pharmacological experiments,cultivate the students’ ability to discover,analyze and solve the practical problems,and to train the students’ innovative thinking and scientific research accomplishment.METHODS The pharmacological innovation experiments were set up.Taking the experiment about determination of the LD50value of procaine hydrochloride as an example,the animal ethics,the in vitro and in vivo experimental skills,and the virtual simulation experiments were added to reform and innovate the curriculum.Questionnaire survey and course assessment were used to evaluate the quality of curriculum.RESULTS Results of questionnaire survey and course assessment showed that,most of the students had great comments to the quality of the curriculum after the reform,and the quality of experimental theory and operation had been significantly improved.CONCLUSION The reform of pharmacological experiment fully stimulates the subjective initiative of students,which enlightens their scientific research thinking and creative ability.Collectively,this study provides experience for training innovative talents in accordance with the requirement of medicine in the new era.
