临床药师参与1例肺孢子菌肺炎患者的病例分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨临床药师在肺孢子菌肺炎患者治疗中的作用。方法 临床药师参与1例非HIV患者合并肺孢子菌肺炎的诊疗全过程,主要研究在免疫力低下的非HIV患者CD4计数正常时,感染肺孢子菌肺炎(Pneumocystis pneumonia,PCP)的临床诊断及治疗方案,同时在治疗过程中临床药师建议对患者使用激素治疗。结果 临床药师的建议得到医生的采纳,患者病情稳定后转出重症医学科(ICU),后经治疗后好转出院。结论 临床药师在治疗过程中可以协助医师进行治疗方案的调整,包括抗感染治疗和激素的使用,能发挥自身的价值,更好地促进患者的合理用药。OBJECTIVE To explore the role of clinical pharmacists in the treatment of patients with Pneumocystis pneumonia.METHODS Clinical pharmacists participated in the whole process of diagnosis and treatment of a non-HIV patient complicated with Pneumocystis pneumonia.The main research was on the clinical diagnosis and treatment of Pneumocystis pneumonia( PCP) in immunocompromised non-HIV patients with normal CD4 count.At the same time,the clinical pharmacist recommended the use of hormone therapy for the patient during the treatment process.RESULTS The clinical pharmacist’ s suggestion was accepted by the doctor.The patient was transferred out of the intensive care unit( ICU) after the patient’ s condition was stable,and was discharged after treatment.CONCLUSION Clinical pharmacists can assist physicians in adjusting the treatment plan,including anti-infective therapy and hormone use,which can exert their own value and better promote the rational drug use of patients.
