摘　　要：目的 分析评估我院治疗药物监测现状,探讨可能存在的不足和改进措施,精准提升其临床服务能力。方法 收集我院2020年全年开展的6种治疗药物监测结果,对照相关临床指南对数据进行回顾性统计分析并总结归纳。结果 我院2020年3681例次血药浓度监测的结果分析显示,6种治疗药物的血药浓度个体差异较大,处于安全有效浓度的比例介于48.49%~61.86%之间。结论 目前我院尚有较大比例患者的稳态血药浓度超出指南推荐的安全有效范围。临床医师仍需给予更多重视,要求患者定期监测并参考临床药师建议,及时调整用药方案,保障患者用药安全有效。OBJECTIVE To analyze and evaluate the current situation of therapeutic drug monitoring in our hospital,explore possible deficiencies and improvement measures,and accurately improve its clinical service capacity.METHODS The monitoring results of 6 therapeutic drugs in our hospital in 2020 were collected,and the data were retrospectively analyzed and summarized according to relevant clinical guidelines.RESULTS The analysis of blood concentration monitoring results of 6 therapeutic drugs in 3681 cases in our hospital in 2020 showed there were great individual differences in the blood drug concentration,and the proportions of safe and effective concentration were between 48.49%-61.86%.CONCLUSION At present,there are still a large proportion of patients in our hospital whose steady-state blood concentration exceeds the safe and effective range recommended by the guidelines.Clinicians still need to pay more attention,requiring patients to monitor regularly and refer to the suggestions of clinical pharmacists to adjust the medication plan in time to ensure the safety and effectiveness of patients’ medication.
