摘　　要：目的 探讨医院中药处方点评分析及其改进策略,促进临床合理用药。方法 随机选取2020年12月至2021年5月福建省肿瘤医院中药房的3500张中药处方作为研究对象,其中包括门诊药房、病区等等;根据相关规定进行中药处方点评分析,并探讨提高中药处方合理用药的改进策略。结果 在3500张中药处方中,142张中药处方为不合格处方,占4.06%。中药处方出现的问题有:缺少中医诊断、诊断与使用药物不符合、联合用药不正确、药味偏多、未书写脚注以及剂量偏大等等。结论 在中药处方的点评上,还需多加培养该方面人才,提高药品的信息程度化。合理搭配,规范用药,避免出现失误,进一步提高医院中药处方质量,合理搭配使用中药,保证临床用药安全。OBJECTIVE To explore the comment analysis and improvement strategy of hospital traditional Chinese medicine prescription,and promote clinical rational drug use.METHODS 3500 traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions in the traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy of our hospital from December 2020 to May 2021 were randomly selected as the research object,including outpatient pharmacy,ward and so on;According to the relevant regulations,carry out the comment and analysis of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions,and explore the strategies to improve the rational use of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions.RESULTS Among the 3500 prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine,142 prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine were unqualified,accounting for 4.06%.The problems of traditional Chinese medicine prescription include:lack of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis,inconsistent diagnosis and use of drugs,incorrect combination of drugs,various ingredients,no footnotes,using large dosage,and so on.CONCLUSION In the evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions,more talents in this field need to be trained to improve the degree of information of drugs.Rational collocation,standardized medication and avoiding mistakes will further improve the quality of hospital traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions,rational collocation and use of traditional Chinese medicine,and ensure the safety of clinical medication.
