摘　　要：目的 通过数据可视化使职能部门直观地了解各个科室的抗菌药物使用强度,找出影响最大的科室。方法 通过医院信息系统(HIS)导出各个科室用药频度和同期收治患者人天数的数据,使用Python语言,运用Pandas+Matplotlib对数据进行相关处理并进行可视化展示。结果通过程序绘制了三种类型的图,直观展现了各个指标之间的相关性。结论 对数据进行可视化后,可快速且直观地定位强度超标科室,提高了相关职能部门工作的效率。OBJECTIVE Through data visualization,functional departments can intuitively know about the antibiotics use density in each department,and find the department with the greatest impact.METHODS Through the Hospital Information System( HIS),the data on the frequency of medication use in each department and the number of patient days admitted in the same period are exported,and the data is processed and visually displayed using Python language and Pandas + Matplotlib.RESULTS Three types of graphs are drawn through the program,which visually shows the correlation between the various indicators.CONCLUSION After the data is visualized,it is possible to quickly and intuitively locate the departments whose strength exceeds the standard,which improves the work efficiency of related functional departments.
