摘　　要：目的 对乡村医疗机构药品风险管理现状进行分析并提出对策及建议,为药品安全科学监管及乡村医疗机构药品风险管理提供理论参考。方法 根据我市多年来对乡村医疗机构监管及调研情况进行总结分析。结果 医疗机构法律法规基础薄弱,乡村医疗机构药品风险管理意识较为淡薄,亟需加强专业人才和风险管理设施设备建设。结论 乡村医疗机构药品风险管理现状形式严峻,全面加强乡村医疗机构药品风险管理建设势在必行。OBJECTIVE To analyze the current situation of drug risk management in rural medical institutions and put forward countermeasures and suggestions for scientific supervision of drug safety and drug risk management in rural medical institutions.METHODS The supervision and investigation of rural medical institutions in our city for many years were summarized and analyzed.RESULTS The legal basis of medical institutions is weak,the risk management consciousness of rural medical institutions is weak,so it is urgent to strengthen the construction of professional talents and risk management facilities.CONCLUSION The current situation of drug risk management in rural medical institutions is serious,and it is imperative to strengthen the construction of drug risk management in rural medical institutions.
