摘　　要：目的 通过多学科合作品管圈提高我院用药错误报告率。方法 对我院用药错误上报情况进行调查分析,并开展了由药学部牵头,医务处、护理部、信息科共同参与的品管圈活动,比较利用品管圈改善前后用药错误上报情况的变化。结果 开展品管圈活动后,用药错误上报数量由改善前22例提高至改善后51例;用药错误报告率由0.23%显著提高至0.56%(P <0.05);上报的用药错误类型和上报人员发生明显变化。结论 借助品管圈有利于对用药错误上报的各个环节进行精益化管理,值得推广。OBJECTIVE To explore the effects of multidisciplinary collaboration quality control circle on increasing report rate of medication error.METHODS Report of medication error was investigated and analyzed.QCC was carried out with cooperation of medical department,nursing department and information department,leading by pharmacy department.Report of medication error was compared before and after carried out of QCC.RESULTS After carried out of QCC,report number of medication error was increased from 22 to 51 and report rate significantly increased from 0.23% to 0.56%( P < 0.05).The types of medication errors reported were more abundant,and the reporting personnel also changed significantly.CONCLUSION Application of QCC could help apply lean management of all aspects of reporting medication errors,which is worth of promoting.
