摘　　要：肩峰下滑囊是人体最大的滑液囊,具有减少肩关节运动时的摩擦力、协调肩关节的运动、维持肩关节的稳定、促进撕裂肩袖的愈合等重要功能。病变的肩峰下滑囊是肩部疼痛的重要来源,与肩部的许多疾病密切相关。明确肩峰下滑囊的解剖结构及功能对于肩部疾病的诊断和治疗具有不可替代的指导意义。目前肩峰下滑囊的解剖结构及功能尚待阐明。本文旨在回顾与肩峰下滑囊解剖结构及功能相关的文献,以期临床及科研工作人员对肩峰下滑囊的临床意义有更加系统的理解,进而拓宽组织工程及再生医学的进展。The subacromial bursa is the largest bursa in the body,which has important functions such as reducing the friction of shoulder joint movement,coordinating the movement of the shoulder joint,maintaining the stability of the shoulder joint,and promoting the healing of the rotator cuff tears.The pathological changes of the subacromial bursa are an important source of shoulder pain,which is closely related to many shoulder diseases.Realizing the value of the anatomical structure and function of the subacromial bursa is of great significance for the diagnosis and treatment of shoulder joint diseases.At present,the anatomical structure and function of the subacromial bursa have not been elucidated.The article reviewed the literature on the anatomical structure and function of the subacromial bursa to enable clinical and scientific researchers to have a more systematic understanding of the clinical significance of the subacromial bursa and to broaden the advances in tissue engineering and regenerative medicine.
