微创上睑下垂矫正术在轻中度上睑下垂治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨微创切口矫正轻、中度上睑下垂的临床应用。方法回顾性分析2016年5月至2020年3月首都医科大学附属北京同仁医院整形美容中心采用微创小切口上睑提肌联合Müller's肌缩短术矫正轻、中度上睑下垂患者共76例,单眼32例,双眼44例。术后随访,评估手术效果及患者满意度。结果经6个月至12个月随访,大部分轻、中度上睑下垂患者重睑弧度流畅,闭眼切口线无明显凹陷或瘢痕,上睑下垂有效改善,术后效果满意率高。手术效果评价:有效矫正率93.3%(完全矫正90只,改善22只),患者满意度85.5%(65/76)。结论微创上睑下垂矫正术在临床上疗效肯定,操作相对简单,手术创伤小,并发症发生率低,值得推广该手术方式。Objective To investigate the clinical application of minimally invasive incision in the correction of mild and moderate ptosis.Methods A total of 76 patients with mild or moderate ptosis who underwent minimally invasive small-incision levator palpebrae superioris shortening combined with Muller's muscle shortening at the Plastic Surgery Center of Beijing Tongren Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University from May 2016 to March 2020 were analyzed retrospectively.Postoperative follow-up was conducted to evaluate the outcome and patient satisfaction.Results After 6 months to 12 months of follow up,most patients with mild and moderate ptosis had smooth double eyelid radian,and no obvious depression or scar on the incision line of eye closure,ptosis was effectively improved,and the satisfaction rate of postoperative effect was high.The effective correction rate was 93.3%(90 cases were completely corrected and 22 cases were improved),and the patient satisfaction rate was 85.5%(65/76).Conclusion Minimally invasive blepharoptosis correction has a positive clinical effect,relatively simple operation,little surgical trauma,and low incidence of complications.
