摘　　要：目的探讨Endo-LOVE技术治疗重度脱垂型腰椎间盘突出症的效果。方法回顾性分析2018年6月至2019年6月在江苏省苏北人民医院骨科采用Endo-LOVE技术治疗重度脱垂型腰椎间盘突出症患者48例。比较术前及术后1 d、术后1个月、术后6个月的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI),术后末次随访采用改良MacNab评分标准评定疗效。结果本组患者术中需透视1次,手术均顺利完成,手术时间为55~130 min[(85.1±20.3)min]。本组病例均获得随访,术后VAS评分及ODI均较术前明显改善(P<0.05)。末次随访疗效评价显示,优44例,良2例,可2例,优良率达95.83%。结论Endo-LOVE技术治疗重度脱垂型腰椎间盘突出症安全、有效。Objective To investigate the efficacy of Endo-LOVE approach for the treatment of prolapsed lumbar disc herniation.Methods From June 2018 to June 2019,48 patients who received Endo-LOVE approach for the treatment of prolapsed lumbar disc herniation were retrospectively analyzed at the Department of Orthopedics,Northern Jiangsu People'Hospital.Visual analogue scale(VAS)score and Oswestry disability index(ODI)were compared before operation and 1 day,1 month,and 6 months after operation.Modified MacNab criteria was used to identify the clinical efficacy at the last postoperative followup.Results In this group of patients,fluoroscopy was required once during operation,and the operation was successfully completed.The operation time ranged from 55 to 139 min[(85.1±20.3)min].All the patients were followed.VAS score and ODI were significantly improved after operation(P<0.05).The results of the last follow-up showed that 44 cases achieved excellent outcome,two achieved good outcome,and two achieved fair outcome;the rate of excellent and good outcomes was 95.83%.Conclusion Endo-LOVE is a safe and efficient technique for the treatment of prolapsed intervertebral disc herniation.
