多等级医疗检查预约调度优化模型与策略分析

摘　　要：在设备产出有限且固定的情况下,面对大量随机到达的预约请求时,可利用随机动态规划方法考虑设备分等级情况下的资源调度模型;在设备2服务两种不同病人类型带来的单位收益大小关系待定的情况下,通过分析模型的结构性质,得出两种情形下不同病人类型的最优预约调度策略.相比传统的“先来先预约”规则,模型给出的最优预约调度规则可以有效提高设备的利用率和期望总收益.When the equipment capacity is limited and fixed, and facing a large number of random arrival reservation requests, the resource scheduling model in the case of equipment grading is considered by using the stochastic dynamic programming method.When the relationship between the unit income brought by equipment 2 serving two different patient types is to be determined,through the proof of the structural properties of the model, the optimal reservation scheduling strategy for different patient types in the two cases is obtained. Compared with the traditional "first come, first reservation" rule, the optimal reservation scheduling rule given by the model can effectively improve the utilization rate of equipment and the expected total revenue.
