南酸枣果皮提取物的抗过敏活性及其在化妆品中的应用研究

摘　　要：考察南酸枣果皮提取物的体外抗过敏活性以及制备成精华乳后对人体的抗过敏功效。试验结果表明:南酸枣果皮提取物具有显著的体外抗过敏功效,当浓度为5.0%时,南酸枣果皮提取物对透明质酸酶的抑制率可达到90%,高于阳性对照甘草酸二钾;添加1%~5%的南酸枣果皮提取物制备抗敏精华乳,对皮肤具有显著的镇静效果,可以有效消除因外界刺激造成的皮肤表面泛红现象。To investigate the anti-allergic activity of Choerospondias axillaris peel extract in vitro and in vivo. The results showed that the C. axillaris peel extract had a significant anti-allergic effect in vitro.When the concentration was 5.0%,the inhibition rate of C. axillaris peel extract on hyaluronidase could reach 90%,which was higher than that of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate;The anti-allergy essence milk prepared by adding 1%~5% C. axillaris peel extract had a significant calming effect on the skin and could effectively eliminate the redness of the skin surface caused by external stimulation.
