摘 要:升船机船厢工作门的侧止水借助橡皮的预压缩量封水,经过一段时期的运行后,侧止水表面贴敷的聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)减磨层会出现明显的磨损。为在确保升船机船厢弧形工作门侧止水密封效果的前提下尽量减小预压缩量,进而减小磨损,基于有限元方法,采用三阶九项Ogden超弹性本构模型计算止水橡胶的受力和变形,并以三峡升船机为例,对比分析不同预压缩量下侧止水的封水性能和止水摩阻力,确定最优预压缩量。计算结果表明:船厢弧形工作门侧止水的预压缩量为3 mm时,不仅能满足工作门运行全过程的封水要求,且止水密封面的摩阻力较低,能有效提高其使用寿命。研究成果可为船厢工作门止水的优化改造和同类型闸门止水的设计提供技术参考。The side seal of shiplift chamber gate is sealed by the pre-compression of rubber.After a period of operation, the PTFE anti-wear layer pasted on the surface of the side seal will appear obvious wear.In order to reduce the amount of pre-compression and wear as much as possible under the premise of ensuring the sealing effect of the side seal on the ship lift chamber gate, based on finite element calculation, the stress and deformation of the sealing rubber were calculated by using the third-order nine-term Ogden hyperelastic constitutive model.Then, taking the Three Gorges shiplift as an example, the sealing performance and sealing friction resistance of the side seal under different pre-compression were compared and analyzed, so as to determine the optimal pre-compression.The calculation results showed that when the pre-compression amount was 3 mm, it could not only meet the water sealing requirements of the whole process of gate operation, but also the friction resistance of the water sealing surface was low, which could effectively improve its service life.The research results can provide technical references for optimization and transformation of the water seal of the ship chamber gate and the design of water seal of the same types of gate.
