摘 要:采用等温加热实验,研究了热轧态前轴用贝氏体非调质钢的表面脱碳演变规律,并分析了影响其表面脱碳的因素。结果表明:保温时间为60 min,实验钢在650℃~700℃保温时,无明显脱碳层;在750℃~775℃保温时,实验钢表面只发生脱碳,脱碳类型为部分脱碳;加热温度为800℃~1200℃时,实验钢表面同时发生氧化和脱碳,氧化层程度随温度升高逐渐加剧,脱碳层深度随温度升高呈现为先减后增,且脱碳类型均为部分脱碳。其中,加热温度为900℃时,钢表面氧化和脱碳程度最轻,氧化层厚度和脱碳深度分别为167.9μm、136.1μm;当加热温度高于1100℃,实验钢氧化和脱碳严重,加热温度为1200℃时,氧化层和脱碳层的总深度为1379.6μm。因此,为防止实验钢出现较严重氧化和脱碳,应避免其在1100℃~1200℃长期保温。In this paper,the isothermal heating experiment was carried out to study the evolution of surface decarburization in front axle bainitic non-quenched and tempered steels,and the factors affecting surface decarburization were analyzed.The results showed that when the heating time is 60min,the experiment steels has no decarburization at 650-700℃.The experiment steels has only partial decarburization at 700-775℃.When heating temperature was 800-1200℃,both oxidation and decarburization occurred simultaneously on the surface of the experiment steels.The degree of oxidized layer gradually increased with the increase of heating temperature.The depth of decarburized layer decreased first and then increased with the increase of heating temperature.The types of decarburized layer all were partial decarburization.Among them,the degree of oxidation and decarburization on the surface of the experiment steels was the lightest at 900℃.The thickness of oxidized layer and decarburized layer were 167.9μm and 136.1μm respectively.When the heating temperature was higher than 1100℃,the oxidation and decarburization of the experiment steels were serious.The total depth of the oxidized layer and decarburized layer was 1379.6μm at 1200℃.Therefore,the experiment steels should avoid staying at the temperature range of 1100-1200℃in order to avoid serious oxidation and decarburization.
