摘 要:建设全国统一大市场是健全现代文化产业体系,推动文化产业高质量发展的内在要求。其影响表现在六个方面:一是强化市场基础制度规则统一,助力建设高标准文化市场体系;二是推进市场设施高标准联通,加快文化产业数字化转型;三是打造统一的要素和资源市场,扭转文化产业发展不平衡不充分局面;四是推进商品和服务市场高水平统一,提升文化消费服务质量;五是推进市场监管公平统一,维护线上线下文化市场秩序,六是进一步规范不当市场竞争和干预行为,破除文化市场壁垒。The construction of a unified national market is the internal requirement of perfecting the modern cultural industries system and promoting the high-quality development of cultural industries.Its influence is manifested in six aspects:firstly,strengthening the unification of market basic system and rules could help building a high-standard cultural market system.Secondly,promoting high-standard connectivity of market facilities could accelerate digital transformation of cultural industries.Thirdly,creating a unified factor and resource market could reverse the unbalanced and inadequate development of cultural industries.Fourthly,promoting the high-level unification of commodity and service markets could improve the quality of cultural consumption services.Fifthly,promoting fair and unified market supervision could maintain order in the online and offline cultural markets.Sixthly,regulating improper market competition and intervention could remove cultural market barriers.
