摘　　要：目的研究LEEP刀联合臭氧治疗前庭大腺脓肿患者的临床效果。方法选取2020年4月-2021年6月乐平市妇幼保健院收治的前庭大腺脓肿患者80例为研究对象。根据治疗方法不同将其分为研究组和对照组,每组40例。对照组采用传统造口术及术后用抗生素清洁伤口,研究组采用LEEP刀联合臭氧治疗。比较两组临床疗效、手术时间、术中出血量、伤口愈合时间、术后生活质量评分(QOL)、疼痛评分(VAS)及术后并发症发生情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(87.50%vs 67.50%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组手术时间、伤口愈合时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组QOL评分高于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率低于对照组(15.00%vs 35.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论LEEP刀联合臭氧治疗能提升前庭大腺脓肿患者的临床疗效,减少手术创伤,促进伤口愈合,改善生活质量,同时降低并发症,应用安全有效。Objective To study the clinical effect of LEEP knife combined with ozone in the treatment of patients with vestibular gland abscess.Methods A total of 80 patients with vestibular gland abscess admitted to Leping Maternal and Child Health Hospital from April 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into study group and control group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional ostomy and postoperative antibiotics to clean the wound,and the study group was treated with LEEP knife combined with ozone.The clinical efficacy,operation time,intraoperative blood loss,wound healing time,postoperative quality of life score(QOL),pain score(VAS)and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(87.50%vs 67.50%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time and wound healing time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The QOL score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the VAS score was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(15.00%vs 35.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion LEEP knife combined with ozone therapy can improve the clinical effect of patients with vestibular gland abscess,reduce surgical trauma,promote wound healing,improve quality of life,and reduce complications.The application is safe and effective.
