摘　　要：目的了解宁夏地区综合医院产科与新生儿科能力建设现况及需求,为管理者制定策略提供依据与建议。方法采用先分层再整群抽样方法,于2019年6月-9月选择宁夏5个地级市中开设产科与新生儿科的27家综合医院进行横断面调查,收集医院产科与新生儿科能力建设现状及需求。结果共发放问卷51份,有效回收问卷47份,其中产科25份,新生儿科22份;调查显示,宁夏地区产科与新生儿科护理人员配置结构欠合理,急救物资储备有待进一步提高;产科与新生儿科业务开展水平整体较低;增加护士培训机会、开展新技术、培养专科护士是产科和新生儿科能力建设需求较高的项目。结论宁夏综合医院产科与新生儿科建设虽取得一定成绩,但与西部地区整体水平比较,仍存在一定差距,应进一步加强对宁夏综合医院产科与新生儿科的能力建设和规范管理。Objective To understand the current situation and needs of capacity building in obstetrics and neonatology departments of general hospitals in Ningxia,and to provide basis and suggestions for managers to formulate strategies.Methods From June to September 2019,a cross-sectional survey was conducted in 27 general hospitals with obstetrics and neonatology in 5 prefecture-level cities in Ningxia by stratified cluster sampling method to collect the current situation and needs of capacity building in obstetrics and neonatology.Results A total of 51 questionnaires were distributed,and 47 questionnaires were effectively recovered,including 25 in obstetrics and 22 in neonatology;the survey showed that the allocation structure of obstetric and neonatal nursing staff in Ningxia was not reasonable,and the reserve of emergency supplies needed to be further improved.The overall level of obstetric and neonatal business development was low;increasing nurse training opportunities,developing new technologies,and training specialist nurses were high-demand projects for capacity-building in obstetrics and neonatology.Conclusion Although some achievements have been made in the construction of obstetrics and neonatology department in Ningxia general hospital,there is still a certain gap compared with the overall level of the western region.The capacity building and standardized management of obstetrics and neonatology department in Ningxia general hospital should be further strengthened.
