化痰逐瘀汤治疗高脂血症的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的研究化痰逐瘀汤治疗高脂血症的临床疗效。方法选取2019年5月-2021年5月我院收治的52例高脂血症患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组26例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合化痰逐瘀汤治疗,比较两组临床疗效、中医症候积分、血脂水平[甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(LDL-C)]、血液流变学指标[血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原(FIB)、D-二聚体(D-D)]及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为92.31%,高于对照组的76.92%(P<0.05);观察组治疗后主症、次症积分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后TG、TC、LDL-C水平低于对照组,HDL-C水平高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血液粘度、FIB、D-D水平低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论化痰逐瘀汤治疗高脂血症的效果确切,其可有效缓解患者临床症状,调节血脂水平,改善血液流变学水平,且不增加不良反应发生几率。Objective To study the clinical effect of Huatan Zhuyu decoction in treating hyperlipidemia.Methods A total of 52 patients with hyperlipidemia admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 26 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Huatan Zhuyu Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,blood lipid level[triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)],hemorheological indexes[plasma viscosity,fibrinogen(FIB),D-dimer(D-D)]and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.31%,which was higher than that of the control group 76.92%(P<0.05).The scores of primary and secondary symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TG,TC and LDL-C in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the levels of HDL-C were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,blood viscosity,FIB and D-D levels in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Huatan Zhuyu decoction is effective in the treatment of hyperlipidemia,which can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,regulate blood lipid levels,improve hemorheology levels,and does not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.
