滑膜细胞与骨关节炎疾病的相关性研究

摘　　要：骨关节炎是老年群体中较为常见的关节疾病,可引起关节软骨损伤,具有一定的慢性致残风险。目前,该病的发病机制尚不明确,但随着临床研究的不断深入,滑膜细胞与该病的关联获得了大量证实,且不同类型滑膜细胞的作用机制也存在较大差异。为此,本文主要对为滑膜细胞与骨关节炎疾病的研究进展进行综述,以期为骨关节炎疾病的病理机制及治疗方案的探索提供更多的参考方向。Osteoarthritis is a common joint disease in the elderly population,which can cause articular cartilage injury and has a certain risk of chronic disability.At present,the pathogenesis of the disease is not clear,but with the deepening of clinical research,the association between synovial cells and the disease has been widely confirmed,and the mechanism of action of different types of synovial cells is also quite different.Therefore,this article mainly reviews the research progress of synovial cells and osteoarthritis diseases,in order to provide more reference directions for the exploration of the pathological mechanism and treatment of osteoarthritis diseases.
