摘 要:为进一步认识不同水压条件下尾矿库中土工织物滤层的反滤特性,自行设计了梯度比试验系统,通过开展梯度比试验,研究了较高水压条件下外水压力大小、水压施加方式和尾矿细粒含量对无纺土工织物反滤特性的影响机制。结果表明,对于结构稳定的尾矿砂,水压对土工织物滤层的反滤性能影响较小,随着外水压力的增大,系统的梯度比值有小幅度增加。与逐级施加外水压力相比,外水压力直接升高条件下系统的梯度比值更大,流量更小,直接升压会增大土工织物发生淤堵的风险。尾矿砂的相对密实度对土工织物的反滤特性有重要影响,尾矿砂的相对密实度相同时,随着尾矿砂细粒含量的增加,土工织物发生淤堵的风险增大。In order to understand the filtration characteristics of geotextile filter in tailings ponds under different water pressure, a gradient ratio test system was designed. Through gradient ratio tests, the influence mechanism of water pressure, application mode of water pressure and fine tailings content on the filtration characteristics of non-woven geotextile under high water pressure was studied. The results show that for the tailing sand with stable structure, water pressure had little impact on filtration performance of geotextile filter. With the increase of external water pressure, the gradient ratio of the system increased slightly. Compared with the step-by-step rise of external water pressure, the gradient ratio of the system was larger and the flow was smaller under the condition of direct rise of external water pressure. Direct rise of water pressure increased the risk of clogging of geotextiles. The relative density of tailing sand has an important impact on the filtration characteristics of geotextile. When the relative compactness of tailing sand is the same, and the risk of clogging of geotextile increases with the increase of fine tailings content.
