品管圈在电子输血病历实时质控中的成效评价

摘　　要：目的运用病历质控系统对运行输血病历进行专项检查,实时监控输血病程记录情况,探讨品管圈活动在改进输血病程记录缺陷率中的应用及效果。方法由输血病历质控小组成员组成品管圈活动小组,设计输血病历检查表格,对输血病程记录缺陷的原因进行分析,运用质量管理工具对活动前后的输血病程记录缺陷情况进行统计分析,拟定措施并实施,对比活动前后的缺陷率及圈员的活动感受。结果分析结果显示,输血病程记录有缺陷的原因包括人员、方法、制度、材料因素。经过此次品管圈活动,输血病程记录的质量有明显改善,缺陷率由活动前的54.05%降为活动后的17.73%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),目标达成率为105.15%,且无形成果有较显著的提升。结论品管圈活动在输血病历质控中发挥了重要的作用,电子病历的实时质控可以显著降低输血病程记录的缺陷率,改善输血病历的质量。Objective To explore the application and effect of quality control circle activities in reducing the defective rate of transfusion course records,by analyzing the problems related to blood transfusion medical records,using the medical record quality control system to carry out special inspection on the running blood transfusion medical records,monitor the blood transfusion course records in real time.Methods The quality control circle activity group consisted of members of transfusion medical record quality control group,we designed the examination form of blood transfusion course record,used quality management tools to analyze the defect of blood transfusion course record before and after the activity,worked out measures and implemented them,and compared the defect rate and the circle members'feelings before and after the activity.Results The analysis results showed that the causes of defective transfusion course records included personnel,method,system and material factors.After the quality control circle activity,the quality of blood transfusion course records improved significantly.The defect rate decreased from 54.05% before the activity to 17.13% after the activity.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the target achievement rate was 105.15%,and the intangible results improved significantly.Conclusion The activities of quality control circle play an important role in the quality control of blood transfusion medical records.The real-time quality control of electronic medical records can significantly reduce the defect rate of blood transfusion course records and improve the quality of blood transfusion medical records.
