产褥期产妇健康管理需求及影响分析

摘　　要：目的探讨产褥期产妇健康管理需求状况并分析其影响因素。方法采取产褥期妇女健康管理服务需求问卷,对2020年10月至2021年10月与该院产科分娩的产妇206例为调查对象。结果产褥期妇女的健康管理需求得分为(82.25±4.07)分,其中产妇身心恢复维度条目均分为(4.63±1.07)分,新生儿照护维度条目均分为(4.78±1.33)分、社会支持需求维度条目均分为(3.92±1.46)分。影响产褥期妇女的健康管理需求的因素是年龄、主要照顾者及是否合并妊娠并发症(P<0.05)。结论产褥期妇女的健康管理需求较强烈,医护人员应该利用医院网络平台、微信群等多媒体方式针对产妇不同需求进行健康管理。Objective To explore the maternal health management needs of puerperium and analyze the influencing factors.Methods The puerperial women's health management service demand questionnaire was used to investigate 206 obstetric women who delivered from October 2020 to October 2021.Results The health management needs of women were(82.25±4.07),and maternal physical and mental recovery items were(4.63±1.07),neonatal care,(4.78±1.33)and social support(3.92±1.46).Factors affecting the health management needs of women in the puerperium were age,primary caregiver and whether combined pregnancy complications(P<0.05).Conclusion puerperial women need strong health management,and medical staff should use hospital network platform and WeChat group to conduct health management for different needs of women.
