摘  要:模具内表面温度通过对模具间隙、板料、拉延油的影响,间接影响了拉深件及成品冲压件的质量,体现在影响拉深件法兰边宽度上。通过研究生产现场的温度(模具内表面温度和板料温度),对模具间隙、板料性能、拉延油运动黏度的影响,建立唯象模型,给出了模具内表面温度对模具间隙、拉延油运动黏度的影响关系式,进而得到拉深件法兰边宽度随模具内表面温度变化的回归方程。可为工业生产现场根据模具内表面温度及时调整参数,为冲压件稳定生产提供参考。Through the influence of temperature on die,sheet metal and drawing oil,it indirectly affects the quality of drawing parts and finished stamping parts,which is reflected by the flange width of drawing parts.By studying the influence of temperature(including the temperatures of the die inner surface and sheet metal)on die clearance,sheet metal performance and kinematic viscosity of drawing oil in industrial field,based on phenomenological model,the relationship between temperatures and die clearance and kinematic viscosity of drawing oil was gotten,and then the regression equation of drawing parts flange width changing with temperature was obtained.It can provide a reference for the industrial production site to adjust parameters in time according to the temperature and ensure the stability of stamping production.
