痛经汤联合温经暖宫包热敷治疗原发性痛经疗效观察

摘　　要：目的为验证痛经汤联合温经暖宫包热敷治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经临床效果,减轻患者疼痛程度。方法选取泰州市中医院东院区妇科门诊2018年1月1日~2019年12月31日就诊的痛经患者90例,随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组各40例。治疗组:痛经汤口服加温经暖宫包热敷,连续治疗3个月经周期;对照组:仅痛经汤口服,连续治疗3个月经周期。结果两组患者治疗前疼痛分值和中医症状分值无显著性差异,经联合治疗后痛经症状明显缓解,治疗组与对照组相比,总有效率有明显差异,治疗组患者疼痛分值和中医症状分值治疗后均比对照组有明显降低。结论采用痛经汤联合温经暖宫包热敷治疗痛经能明显缓解患者的疼痛症状,是治疗原发性痛经的有效方法,值得临床上推广。Objective To verify the clinical effect of dysmenorrhea decoction combined with warm wrap with hot compress in treating primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type,and to relieve the degrees of pain of patients.Methods A total of 90 patients with dysmenorrhea who visited the Gynecological Outpatient Department of Taizhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine(East Hospital)from January 1,2018 to De⁃cember 31,2019 were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,40 cases in each group.Oral administration of dysmenorrhea decoction and warm wrap with hot compress for 3 consecutive men⁃strual cycles were used in the treatment group.Only oral administration of dysmenorrhea decoction for 3 consec⁃utive menstrual cycles was used in the control group.Results There was no significant difference in pain score and TCM symptom score between the two groups before treatment.After combined treatment,dysmenorrhea symptoms were obviously relieved.Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly different.After treatment,the pain score and TCM symptom score of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group.Conclusion The use of dysmenorrhea decoction com⁃bined with warm wrap with hot compress in the treatment of dysmenorrhea can significantly relieve the pain symptoms of patients,and it is an effective method for the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.The effective method is worthy of clinical promotion.
